Add Sheet Format Pro from the Google Workspace Marketplace — no download, no account to create.
Open the sidebar
In Sheets, choose Extensions → Sheet Format Pro → Show sidebar, then select the cells you want to change.
Apply and move on

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to pay to use it?
No. Six built-in styles, two table palettes, ten conditional presets and clear formatting are free forever. Pro unlocks the rest.
Does it work on my spreadsheets at work?
Yes, as long as your Workspace admin allows Marketplace add-ons. Formatting is applied through the standard Sheets API inside your own session.
Can I use one license on more than one computer?
Yes — the same Google account can use it on as many computers as you like. A license covers up to 3 Google accounts, and you can revoke one any time from your management link.
What happens to my formatting if I cancel?
Nothing. Everything you already applied stays in the sheet; only the Pro tools in the sidebar lock again.
