How do I open Sheet Format Pro in Google Sheets?
Open your spreadsheet, then choose Extensions → Sheet Format Pro → Show sidebar. Select a range before applying a style, table design or formatting tool.
What can I use for free?
Free includes six built-in cell styles, two table palettes, ten conditional presets and clear formatting. The free tier does not expire.
What does Pro add?
Pro unlocks every built-in style and table palette, saved custom styles, every conditional preset, formatting analysis and batch normalization tools.
How do I activate Pro in the add-on?
After purchase, open Settings in the sidebar, paste your license key and select Activate. The status in the sidebar confirms that Pro is active.
How do I get my license key?
It arrives by email the moment checkout completes, together with a private link for managing your subscription.
Can I use one license on more than one computer?
Yes. The same Google account can use it on as many computers as you like — a license covers up to 3 Google accounts. Use the management link in your delivery email to revoke an account you no longer use.
What happens if I cancel?
Your existing spreadsheet formatting stays exactly as it is. A subscription remains active until the end of its paid period; after that, the Pro-only sidebar tools lock while Free tools remain available.
Can I change plans or buy once?
To change plans, cancel your current subscription from the private management link before its next renewal, then purchase the plan you want. Payments are non-refundable. A one-time purchase includes future Sheet Format Pro updates with no recurring charge.
